Collectia AS has been named Norway’s Best Customer Center 2026 in the category for Norwegian debt collection companies. The award, presented by Kundeserviceprisen, recognises organisations setting the highest standards in customer experience across Norwegian industries.
The recognition reflects Collectia’s investment in respectful, professional customer interactions in a sector where conversations can be sensitive and complex. It comes as the wider European debt collection industry shifts toward a more customer-centric model, with technology and service quality reshaping how providers engage with people in financial difficulty.
